Federal technology innovator Vibrint announced today that its Vibrint Secure Light Fidelity (LiFi) and Quantum Circuit Factory have achieved “Awardable” status on the Department of War’s (DoW) Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace.
For the LiFi industry, this marks another step forward in defense and federal adoption. Vibrint Secure LiFi provides high-speed, secure wireless communication using light rather than traditional radio frequencies. Designed for environments where security and spectrum availability are essential, the system delivers resilient connectivity that reduces vulnerabilities to radio frequency interference and signal interception.
For the quantum industry, this represents a significant milestone in practical, government-level application. Vibrint's Quantum Circuit Factory provides a platform that helps organizations quickly design, test, and evaluate quantum algorithms, directly supporting long-term federal quantum readiness and new national innovation initiatives.
The Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace is the DoW’s primary platform for accelerating the procurement of emerging technologies across the defense community. To earn this status, Vibrint submitted demonstration videos that were evaluated on their innovation, scalability, and operational impact for DoW missions.
“At Vibrint, we are committed to providing innovative solutions for the warfighter at an accelerated pace,” said Tom Lash, CEO of Vibrint. “We’re excited to have our quantum and LiFi solutions made available to defense organizations through Tradewinds and are looking forward to bringing even more Vibrint innovations to the marketplace in the future.”
Government users can view demonstrations of both technologies by creating an account at tradewindai.com.
This latest milestone follows Vibrint’s recent announcement of over $1.2 billion in new contract awards. To support its growing national security operations, the company is actively hiring for over 100 fully funded tech and engineering roles, which require an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
